Every influencer is managed centrally: master data, contract data, clothing & colour preferences, social profiles, discount codes and billing addresses. Each one has a full activity history, a notes system and a document store. A Kanban board organises influencers and cooperations visually — drag-and-drop, with groups, colours and inline editing.
Campaigns are created with assigned products, influencers and briefings. Instead of a single briefing field, you can create and send any number of briefings per campaign — including standalone briefings with no campaign link. Campaigns can also be split into sub-projects.
A dedicated area links influencers, campaigns and concrete collaborations together — with deliverables, documents and invoices. A special touch: “frozen” data snapshots keep older cooperations fully traceable even after master data changes later.
Full two-way communication over WhatsApp and email — right inside the app, no external tools. Incoming and outgoing messages land in an integrated inbox with conversation threads, templates and automatic matching to the right influencer. Sent, delivered and read status is tracked.
Product shipments to influencers are created through a multi-step, traceable ordering process — with a live progress indicator and a safeguard that prevents the same product from accidentally being sent to the same influencer twice. Orders can be campaign-bound or fully standalone.
Contract documents are sent for electronic signature straight from the system — the entire flow from dispatch to signed return runs automatically.
Per-employee statistics, a central contract overview, an export center (CSV/Excel) across every area, plus a searchable change log that records exactly who changed what and when.
Multiple separate workspaces with their own member and role management, magic-link login, a global search across every area, and views, filters and dashboards each user can customise.
